Deltona, DeBary & Deland, all located in western Volusia County on the northern outskirts of the Greater Orlando Area, have recently started to gain momentum in both re-sale and new home construction. The area is known for more affordable housing and lower density per acre but is now an up & coming hotspot for families to move to, with prices still very affordable. Amazon has a new warehouse built in Deltona that has sparked other commercial development in the area, which has driven jobs and wage growth locally. All three cities are surrounded by conservation areas & parks, including Blue Spring State Park to the west, and New Smyrna Beach & the Atlantic Ocean being just 25 minutes to the east.
