Amanda Rates

Amanda is originally from Brazil and moved to Rhode Island in 2012. After many cold winters, she found her sunshine in Florida in 2020 — and along with it, a true passion for real estate. In 2022, she completed her first house flip in partnership with her husband, and that experience only deepened her love for the industry. With a background in home staging and a great eye for potential, Amanda focuses on helping homeowners sell with strategy and style. Outside of real estate, she’s a total book lover — reading with a cup of coffee is her favorite way to recharge.
