Isabelle was born in the Real Estate Business. Her mom was a Broker in Brazil after gaining experience in Real Estate with Isabelle's grandmother.
Real estate has always been a discussion amongst her family in everyday life. Her grandmother used to advise all her children to put their names on a deed since land can’t be produced and everyone needs a place to live.
Isabelle got her real estate license at age 17 and became the manager and owner of her family's business while attending Law School. At a young age, she had already started working in her family's business for a few years before becoming a manager.
Still in Brazil, Isabelle started commercial and residential rental property management where she helped Brazilian multinational companies such as ''Petrobras'', ''Vale do Rio Doce'', and ''Odebreche''.
When Isabelle moved to the US, she decided to move forward with her dream of becoming a real estate attorney. She chose the University of Central Florida, where she was also invited to be the President of the Real Estate Club, due to her passion and knowledge for Real Estate.
In 2020, Isabelle joined Top Florida Homes, where she was able to not only improve her skills, but share her experience with the team. Isabelle has gained more experience stateside not only in Sales and Rentals, but also in Fix & Flips, and in brokering Land.
Isabelle is a big believer in taking all out massive action and thinking “outside the box”. Isabelle knows that knowledge is the first step to becoming successful, and for this reason, she holds the following Realtor Designations:
- PSA (Pricing Strategies Analysis);
- RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Specialist);
- SRS (Seller Representative Specialist).
She is currently working on adding more certifications/designations, while she simultaneously gains more and more invaluable experience as being a part of a Top 1% Real Estate Team in the US.
