Originally from Colombia, Jhoana Aguirre spent 21 years in Miami before making Central Florida her home. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from Florida International University and brings extensive professional experience in corporate recruitment, banking operations, and luxury hospitality, including experience at Forbes Five-Star properties such as The St. Regis Bal Harbour.
Throughout her career, Jhoana has developed a strong foundation in client relations, attention to detail, and personalized service. Her experience in human resources and banking strengthened her organizational skills, discretion, and ability to navigate complex processes, while her background in luxury hospitality taught her the importance of anticipating needs, building meaningful relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
