Jordan Lofton

Jordan was born in Ocala, FL and spent her early years in Jacksonville, FL before the family relocated to North Carolina where she grew up on a goat dairy. Watching her father in construction and later selling real estate, Jordan learned about the home buying and selling process early in high school.

Jordan spent 18 years in corporate America providing consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and working as an executive leader within healthcare. Her corporate job returned her to the Orlando area where she followed in her grandmother’s footsteps to work with AdventHealth.

She received her MBA from Duke University in Strategy and she is passionate using her skills to help clients with what is usually their single largest asset. Whether that is negotiating a corporate construction budget from $8.4M to $4.7M or working with a home buyer to save thousands of dollars, Jordan is trained in win-win negotiation tactics that bring parties together and create exceptional value.

Residing in Winter Park, FL, Jordan purchased a 1924 historic home which she enjoys restoring herself in addition to building her real estate investment portfolio. Her two cats “manage” her restoration project and ensure that the “staff” prioritizes mealtime and cuddles.

Customers find that Jordan is professional, well-organized, detail oriented, and a helpful partner with them to streamline the buying/selling process and achieve results above their expectations.
