This is the 2nd time we have used Philip & his team, because of the exemplary job they did selling our last house. We are so overjoyed with the end result and couldn't be happier.  The journey throughout the whole process was smooth and they took care of everything. We live out of state and heavily relied on his team of people. Philip has always been professional, in his approach, his ideas & plans, his appearance. He is responsive with calls, texts & emails. He is honest & reliable. He goes over & above giving other help needed in selling a home - contacts for cleaners, contractors, etc. We felt very comfortable leaving the sale of our house completely in his hands. Quick sale. Top Orlando Homes and Biz did a great job selling our home. We are happy to have made the choice to go with them. As they were extremely professional from start to finish . When they came to view the home they provided a stand with masks , shoe covers , and more for any potential buyers . This remained for all scheduled tours . They took spectacular pictures and videos of the home. I feel as they did a good job marketing the house on all social platforms even YouTube . The took drone videos of our home and area. It was a complete job for sure.
